and management of franchised full, select-service and upscale
hotels, with a brand focus on Hilton and Marriott. With its unique

Ventures’ principals
boast an established track record of identifying and capitalizing
on opportunities in the hospitality real estate industry. Since
1991, the principals have made aggregate investments in more than
150 separate hospitality real estate assets with a gross acquisition
or development cost of approximately $1.5 billion.
The company currently owns and operates 12 hotels, consisting
of 2,116 rooms. Eleven hotels operate under franchise agreements with
Marriott or Hilton. The properties are located in Alabama, Georgia,
Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma,
Tennessee and Texas.
