hotel ownership and management organization based in Atlanta, Georgia.
The company was formed in 2001 and currently owns and operates
12 hotels located in 10 states. Eleven hotels currently operate as
Hilton or Marriott brands. The senior leadership team has experience
owning and managing hotel portfolios that range in size from one
to 143 properties.
Currently EVERY Hospitality Ventures hotel has a market share
that exceeds 100%. With an average of more than 25 years experience
in the hospitality industry, and more than 10 years working together
as a team, each of our senior managers has an established track
record of identifying, repositioning and managing opportunities
in the hotel real estate business.
Another key to Hospitality Ventures’ success and good relationship
with the various brands has been our ability to attract and retain
quality general managers for its hotels. The company believes strongly
that the general manager is instrumental in the success of any hotel.
